Quality Programs

Pallet Service Corporation’s extensive Quality Assurance Program (QAP)  offers an industry leading approach to the demanding Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA). 

Our rigid 26 point inspection is focused on process control and quality monitoring to provide the highest quality  pallets available. 

We have developed our own Special equipment to detect nails that may be sticking up as well as a “Halo-Vacuum System” to help remove dust.

Every stack of pallets and unit of lumber is tagged with a bar code for tracking our manufacturing process and lumber procurement  from start to finish, to make sure you get the quality you need.
