Employee Recognition Program

PSC is committed to employees success.  As an example, it is a priority of the company to:

PSC values all contributions made by employees and encourages managers, supervisor and peers to recognize employees for modeling PSC’s core value.

Management genially believes that recognition creates a positive work environment, improves employee engagement and supports an environment of appreciation and celebration. Employees recognition is a key driver of motivation and satisfaction in our workplace. PSC has the following recognition Program.

Informal Recognition
In addition to the annual PSC wide event, managers and supervisors are encouraged to maintain a culture of recognition and appreciation to employees.

Managers and supervisors are encouraged to establish clear expectations of performance with measures such as:  quantity, quality, timelines and tone and to clearly articulate goals, priorities and expectations.
